Some of our products may become available for pre-order when demand exceeds our current inventory or when we are preparing a restock. Pre-orders typically remain open for 1–2 weeks. Once the pre-order period closes, production and fulfillment begin. Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks from the pre-order closing date for your item to arrive.

All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective items or order errors. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
